Over the course of his 25-year career, Rose has earned the reputation as one of the distance learning/teletraining industry's true pioneers. In fact, he served as a lead engineer on the first audio bridge and operator of the first-ever commercial audio conference call while working with Darome in the early 1980s. His involvement with distance learning, satellite training and BTV audio innovations have been at the industry forefront for more than a decade.

When Darome eventually shifted focus to providing audio services, Rose identified the market potential for audio conferencing systems manufacturing in the distance learning teletraining industry and founded A.T. Products in 1986.

In 1975, Rose received a B. S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and later completed an executive management program at the University of Illinois-Chicago in 1994. He began his technical career under Dr. Lorne Parker at the University of Wisconsin, Radio Hall.

A 10-year veteran of the distance learning industry, Stoughton currently oversees all strategic alliances, partnerships and VAR channel management, and works with the end-users and distributors to increase market share for A.T. Products.

Prior to joining the A.T. Products team in 1994, Stoughton spent three years as a sales representative with Teleconferencing Technologies Inc. (TTI), where she worked closely with major government and higher education accounts to provide audio conferencing equipment for distance learning networks.

Stoughton serves on the board of directors for the Interactive Multimedia & Collaborative Communications Alliance (IMCCA) and is a member of the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) and the Federal Government Distance Learning Association (FGDLA)

Zalud is responsible for the day-to-day operations of A.T. Products. Zalud oversees the Customer Service Department to assure quality service. She is responsible for all customer interactions with the company, from troubleshooting to shipping.
